New IT Operating Model Expert Consultant / Manager

Requirements:

  • Strong desire to work in technology-driven business transformation
  • Solid knowledge and experience at scale in at least one of the following:
    • Service and Capabilities management: ability to describe and define the elements of value IT provides to the business (the value chain). Ability to design and deliver the combination of process and automation, governance, organization and technology that enables IT to  deliver a service or operating outcome consistent with the IT strategy
    • Processes and IT automation (IT4IT): ability to design and deliver the processes and IT automation needed to drive efficient and continuous improvement in IT.
    • IT Governance and Organization management: ability to design and deliver specific governing bodies, charters and metrics needed to enable the capabilities IT requires. Defining the functional and physical organization, roles, sourcing and location for IT. Defining blueprint to develop the operating model and how those choices affect ITOM design.
  • Highly desired: Being recognized in the community thanks to publications, presentations and points of view.
  • Minimum Bachelor degree from top Universities
  • Minimum 4 years of consulting experience, consulting environment or at high tech companies
  • Excellent Business English communication skills (written & spoken) is required. Good level of the other foreign language e.g. German, Italian, French would be strong asset
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing and configuring IT operations management software as ServiceNow or BMC
  • At least one Certification in ITIL or IT4IT or VeriSM or COBIT
  • Please, keep in mind that due to substantial international exposure the positions require mobility at the extent 60-70% working time annually spent onsite. Travels usually Mon-Thu with Fri in headquarters and basic localization, Warsaw, Poland

Project description: Working closely with our clients, You will design, build and implement solutions that enhance the way IT enables business performance. You will develop specialized expertise strategic, industry, functional, technical in a diverse project environment that offers multiple opportunities for career growth. You will provide advisory services to define impact on New IT Operating Model to enable agile, DevOps, continuous integration & delivery practices. You will define target state processes, develop automation tools for agile and integrated delivery. You will work on assessments: of organizations souring/demand management processes, ways of working, toolset to define capability and benchmark against other industry players. You will define an enterprise wide target toolset blueprint. define operating model to enable organization operating and simultaneously supporting multiple business objectives being delivered at different pace. You will define target state processes, new organization, Roles, RACI, service models and KPIs.
